Documents & E-signature

Write it, send it,
get it signed.

Online document signing, end to end: you write the contract in the browser, drag the signature fields into place, and the other party signs digitally through a single link. No Word license, no printer, no courier. Content is encrypted on your device; our server only stores the encrypted form.

Document editor

Does what Word does.
Shows it to no one.

A fully equipped document editor in your browser: headings, tables, lists, links, find and replace, A4 printing. There is even a one-click menu bar for anyone who loves the classic Word look.

The difference is this: what you write leaves your device encrypted. Your document lives on our server, but only you see what is inside. Our full approach to encryption is on the Security page.

  • Write in the browser; no install, no license
  • Upload your Word and PDF files, store them encrypted
  • Find and replace, tables, styles, A4 printing

E-signature envelope

Drag the signature field,
send the link.

The digital signature envelope is simple: you decide where the signature goes and where the date goes. Line your signers up in order or send to everyone at once; each fills in their own fields. The flow will feel familiar to anyone looking for a DocuSign alternative: you prepare the envelope, send the link, and the signatures come in.

The other party does not need an email.tr account: they click the secure link and sign the document digitally, by typing or drawing by hand. They can also decline, and that goes on record too.

  • Drag-and-drop signature, initial and date fields
  • Sequential or parallel signer flow, with deadlines
  • Typed or drawn signatures; the right to decline, on record

Evidence chain and signature verification

Who, when, in what order:
every step sealed.

Every envelope event (viewing, signing, declining) is written to an event log chained together with hashes. If a single record is changed later, the chain gives it away.

When the work is done, you get a printable signature certificate: signers, timestamps, the full event log. With the document number and verification code on the certificate, signatures are verified on the /verify page. Evidence is kept for 10 years. This model follows the same approach as electronic signature practice under the US ESIGN Act and the EU eIDAS framework.

  • A tamper-evident event chain
  • A printable signature certificate
  • Code-based verification (/verify) and 10-year evidence retention

There's more

All of your paperwork.

From drafting to archiving; every step in the same account, every step encrypted.

Word and PDF upload

Drag in your existing files: preview, printing and encrypted storage are ready. Large files upload safely, chunk by chunk.

Classic Word view

A menu bar and familiar toolbar are one click away for anyone who wants classic mode. Your preference is remembered.

Find and replace

Update a client's name across a long contract in one move: match counter, previous and next, replace all.

PDF export

Export your document to PDF with one click. Turkish characters (ş, ğ, ı, İ) render flawlessly on every device.

Drawn signatures

Signers can type their name or draw their signature with a mouse or finger. The drawing appears visually on the certificate.

Finalization lock

A document headed for signature is finalized first: the content is locked and fingerprinted (hashed). What gets signed can never change afterwards.

Your next contract
shouldn't travel by courier.

Create your account; mail, calendar, Drive and contacts come with the same account.

Frequently asked questions

How do I sign a document online?

Write the document in the browser editor or upload an existing Word or PDF file, drag the signature and date fields into place, then send the secure link to your signers. The other party does not need an email.tr account; they sign by typing or drawing. Document creation is included in all plans; e-signature envelopes are on the Ultra plan. A step-by-step guide is on the Help page.

How does signature verification work?

Every completed envelope gets a document number and a verification code. Anyone holding the certificate can verify the signature with that code on the /verify page. Because the event log is protected by a hash chain, even a single change made afterwards gives itself away.

What does the signature certificate include?

The signers, timestamps, event log, document number and verification code; a drawn signature also appears visually on the certificate. Evidence is kept for 10 years. Qualified electronic signature support is on our roadmap.
