Calendar and Booking

Your calendar fills up,
you don't wear out.

An encrypted online calendar: invites are answered in one click, it syncs with your phone on its own, and your free slots live at a single link. The other side picks the appointment; the confirmation mail and video meeting link go out automatically.

Booking page

An end to the
"When are you free?" back and forth.

Define your available time slots once and your online booking page is ready: share your booking link. Your client, customer or business partner sees your open slots and picks the one that works. No separate scheduling tool needed; everything lives inside your calendar.

The moment an appointment is booked, a confirmation mail goes to both sides and the event lands in your calendar; if you chose a video call appointment, the meeting link is added to the mail. Your busy hours are never shown to anyone; only "free" or "busy".

  • Your own booking link; the other side doesn't need an account
  • Conflicts are impossible: busy slots in your calendar close automatically
  • Confirmation mail + calendar entry + meeting link, all automatic

Invites and RSVP

Who's coming, who's not,
at a glance.

Add guests to an event; everyone gets a polished invitation mail. Guests answer with one click: Attending, Maybe, Not attending. Responses are gathered live at the top of the event.

Invitees don't have to be email.tr users; even your aunt on Gmail can say "Attending" with a single click.

  • One-click responses; guests don't need a membership
  • Attendee list and response status live on the event
  • Reminders: as many as you like, by mail or notification

CalDAV sync

Your phone's calendar
and ours, in step.

The email.tr calendar speaks the CalDAV standard: it connects both ways to the iPhone Calendar app, Android and Thunderbird. An event you add on your phone shows up on the web, and vice versa. For anyone seeking a Google Calendar alternative, moving is simple too: bring your events over with .ics import and CalDAV handles the rest.

Most services offering an encrypted calendar can't provide CalDAV at all, because the standard works unencrypted. Instead of forcing a choice, we left it to you: you give consent per calendar. Your sensitive calendar stays encrypted, while the calendar you want on your phone syncs over CalDAV. Our full approach to encryption is on the Security page.

  • Two-way sync with iOS, Android and desktop calendar apps
  • Per calendar, with your consent: what stays encrypted stays encrypted
  • .ics import and export; public holidays come preloaded

Frequently asked questions

Can I use it as a Google Calendar alternative?

Yes. Export your events from Google Calendar as an .ics file and load them into the email.tr calendar in a single step. Multiple calendars, invites and RSVP, and reminders are on all plans; with CalDAV support it syncs both ways with your phone's calendar app. On top of that, you can enable encryption per calendar if you wish; the details are on the Security page.

How do I create an online booking page?

You define your available time slots in your calendar and your personal booking link is ready. Whoever you share the link with sees your free slots and picks one, a confirmation mail goes to both sides, and a Jitsi or Zoom meeting link is added if requested. The booking page and video call appointments are on the Premium and Ultra plans.

How does .ics import and export work?

Import: upload the .ics file you downloaded from your current calendar and the events are added to your calendar. Export: download your calendar as .ics and move it to another app. Both directions are open on all plans; if you get stuck, the Help page is there for you.
