# email.tr Documents: online document signing and e-signature

email.tr Documents brings document creation and an e-signature workflow into your email subscription. Document creation is included in all plans; e-signature envelopes (sending a document out for signature) are on the Ultra plan. It is designed for anyone looking for a DocuSign alternative that lives inside a single account instead of a separate signature service subscription. DocuSign is an established global standard; email.tr's difference is bundling the signature flow into the same subscription as mail, calendar and drive.

## Document creation (all plans)

- Create and edit documents in the browser.
- Download them as PDF or Word.
- Documents are stored encrypted in your account.

## E-signature workflow (Ultra)

The online signing process is defined end to end:

- **Signature envelope:** you send a document to one or more signers; each signer receives a branded invitation email.
- **Document number:** every envelope carries a unique document number.
- **Signature certificate:** once signing is complete, a certificate is generated recording who signed which document and when.
- **Verification:** on the /verify page, the document code confirms that the signature was made on email.tr.
- **Download:** the signed document can be stamped on your device and downloaded as a PDF.

Qualified electronic signature support under Turkish law no. 5070 is coming soon.

## Mini FAQ

**Which plan includes e-signature?** Signature envelopes, the signature certificate and /verify verification are on the Ultra plan only. Document creation and PDF/Word download are included in all plans.

**How does the other party verify a signature?** They enter the document code they received on the /verify page at https://mail.email.tr and see the signature record.

**How is it different from DocuSign?** There is no separate subscription; e-signature is part of the Ultra plan and works in the same account as mail, calendar and drive.
